When you are trying to lose weight you must know what to do because without the right foundation of knowledge to get you started you will be lost and frustrated. When it come to losing weight you must eat the right foods,  that is probably what got you out of shape in the first place, because you are eating to many calories without burning them quick enough. Which will mean that calories will turn into fat, causing you to gain more pounds and becoming more out of shape which will then most likely lead to an unhealthy lifestyle.
When losing weight try to eat more healthy foods that will build up your body and speed up your body to burn more calories at a faster rate. Eating healthy foods will also help you to fight off diseases like cancer, diabetes, and heart disease which are some of the top killers among americans. You are probably already eating some of these foods. When it come to the top foods to eat to lose weight two foods groups will come to my mind vegetable and fruits. I know you heard about how these foods are good for your body since being a little kid and it is the truth.
Vegetables contain a lot of great minerals in them that are great for your body. What makes them so good is that if you don't like one kind of vegetable you have plenty of others that you can eat to fill you up. So if you continue to try different vegetables you will eventually find one that your taste buds will like. Also vegetables can feel you up faster than junk foods that are unhealthy. Which is great because you can eat certain vegetables that will fill you up better than other foods without having to worry about gaining any pounds.
Now it will be time to talk a bit about why fruits are so good for our body. Okay when being a kid your mom usually made sure that you always took your vitamins. That is what fruits contain and lots of them as well, these vitamins do a lot for the body making your brain stronger helping you to learn quicker cause your brain will be able to process information more faster. Making you smarter is great but that just one thing it can also built and make your bones and muscles stronger which would make you look like a greek sculpture or superman. Eating fruits and vegetables do a lot of great things for the body and overall health.
So when you lose weight eat is important that you eat fruits and vegetables when losing weight.

How many calories should i be eating to lose weight

  When you are thinking about this question the answer to it can get very tricky. The main reason for that is you just don't want to hurt your body by not taking in a good number of calories "starving yourself". At the same time you are trying to lose weight so you must try to stop taking in so many calories like you normally would. If you have a trainer or go to a gym you can ask them if they can help you to monitor the amount of calories you should lose in order for you to reach your weight lost goals. Although if you don't I have some simple tips that might help you as try to manage the amount of calories that you put inside of your body.

Yet again I would like to tell you to slowly cut down on the number of calories that you decide to eat everyday. If you just go and cut the amount of calories down in a certain surge then you might experience negative effects on your body. Another thing is that your focus on calories is important but it is not as important as the foods you take in. The best way for you to monitor the calories that you take in is to eat healthier foods. That will automatically decrease amount of calories that you eat on a daily basis.

If you decide to go from a junk food that has a lot of calories in it to a one that has a little less calories in them then your really are not doing that much in helping your body to lose weight. Even though you might have reduce the number of calories that you take in you still is slowing down your digestion and not reducing your hunger causing you to be tempted to put more calories inside of your body do to hunger. What I'm saying in this article is that you shouldn't think to hard about how many calories that you put inside your body think about what foods you are eating and how they can help as you lose weight.

Eating vegetables to lose weight

   Just like eating fruits can help you to lose weight, eating vegetables can do the same and in some instances can perform even better than fruits in helping you to burn fat. They are some many good things in vegetables that will help out the body in such a very good positive way. In this post I will talk about how vegetables help you to shed pounds as well as the positive things it do for your body. First of all there is such a gigantic variety of vegetables that you can choose from to eat. Not eating to lose weight

   With this post I want to address a thought they may hurt your process while you are trying to lose weight. Most of the time when you start to think about losing weight the next thing that follows will be a very tedious diet. If you are a food lover like might myself you probably know how hard it is to give up those thoughts of food in order to help you to lose weight. Limiting your eating will not do the trick for you when you are trying to lose weight. The reason i keep touching on this topic is that it is very important that you understand the effects of not eating and losing a lot of weight at the same time. It is certainly not what you want to put your body though. In this post I'm going explain why limiting your eating and losing weight may not be a good idea.

The main reason why losing weight by not eating is bad is that you are robbing your body of the nutrients it needs to function. Which will leads to your body being unprotected to illnesses that it normally would be able to fight off. Although you will be losing weight you still risk the chance of getting very sick in your efforts. So for you to lose weight and remain healthy then you will need to eat to keep your body functioning normal as you continue to lose weight. The more weight you lose the more you should be eating healthier foods to balance out you health. Losing weight to by not eating is certainly not the way that you should go.

Eating fruit to lose weight

   For the post I will talk to you about how eating fruits will impact and help you lose weight. You may have heard from plenty of fitness personnel that eating fruits is good to make your body healthier. Well you hear this so much because it is the truth, the more fruits you put inside of your body then the better chance you will have to live and longer and much better life. As you continue to eat fruits you will start to see the results and continue to eat fruits to help build your body. So now I will talk to you about how you can eat fruit and lose weight.

Okay eating fruits helps you to build up your health and the U.S. department of agriculture said that people should intake around 2-3 cups of fruits on a daily basis. The reason they recommend is that fruit is very high on nutrients which you know are good for the body.  Nutrients are what keeps us healthy and full on energy to move around. It also helps to build up our immune system to fight off deadly bacteria. They are basically what gives the body the ability to function. So it is important to eat fruits because they contain nutrients.

Fruits helps to get the body from getting dehydrated to and just like vegetables there are a very large amounts of different foods out there for you to choose from. You should eat fruits all through the day from when you wake up until it's time for dinner. It is also a great choice for a midnight snack as well by eating fruits stay full through out the entire day and enjoy doing so. As you can see now eating fruits do a lot of great things for the body. Which means they are up there with the top important foods you can use to lose weight.


How to lose weight by not eating

 I know this blog is mainly about losing weight while eating or eating more but I like to use this post to look at  it in a different view. Please don't get to caught up in the title above because realistically you have to eat something so you won't starve yourself to death. It is good that you eat during your efforts of trying to lose weight to built up your body, losing weight that has been there for quite some time is a big change for you body. You have to prepare your body to be able to lose this weight. Although there are foods that  you shouldn't eat while you are losing weight. That us what I'm going to focus on how to lose weight by not eating bad foods.

You can lose weight by eating foods that don't add more fats and calories that will make it hard for your body to digest your weight. Most of the time when people are talking about losing weight by not eating they don't mean literally stop eating all together. They just cut the amount of foods they eat by a certain amount to reduce the calories that they are putting inside of their bodies.

What are the best fruits to eat to lose weight

  In the previous posts I talked about how you need to eat fruits to help to keep the amount of calories you allow into your body low. I didn't give you any examples of the best fruits that you can keep in your fight to lose weight. So in this post I will give some information and name some fruits that you can try. Hopefully some of these fruits are the ones that you are familiar with and like. Or they can be some fruits that haven't ate yet but wouldn't mind seeing how they taste.

Now I'm only going to give a few fruits because they are a lot, so I cut down the list to my main ones to get you going.  Ok let's go first I want to let you know about fruits like raisins they are under the category of dry fruits meaning they aren't as juicy tasting as other fruits might be. These fruits might not have that but they do have the vitamins that kick start your body's fat burning process. They also help to clean your body by cleaning out toxic they may have built inside of your body.

Berries are another fruits that you should try when you are trying to lose or maintain weight. These fruits perform many tasks inside of the body in order to help you lose weight and to gain healthy habits by eating them. They help from cleaning out your blood to good heart health. They also come in very great variety of tasty and tropical choices. If you want to you can put berries together in a healthy fruits shake to keep you hydrated and healthy during your workouts. You be having a great shake and burning weight at the same time, now that's a pretty good bargain.

The next would be fruits that carbohydrates inside of them. Now carbs in other foods that are not fruits will cost the body to gain weight instead of lose weight which could result in you having bad health. Although if you eat fruits that have carbs inside of them they will impact your body in a very good a healthy way. Such as give you energy or help your digestion rate which are both good and give you enough hydration to keep you from exhausted. So those are some characteristics that you need to look for when you are checking for some fruits to help you as you lose weight.

   For you not to gain to much weight by eating you must monitor you weight all keep tabs on how much you eat on a constant basis. A major role in losing weight is to calculate the amount the calories that you take in. You must make sure that you have a good balance of the calories that you decide to eat. Also you must stick right to it and don't make any changes that will hurt your initial plan. It is important that your bodies can burn just as many calories as you take in so you won't gain any excess weight.

Even though you have to make sure you don't indulge in to much calories, you also got to make sure that you don;t starve yourself either. It wouldn't be a bad idea if you buy a good note book and keep it to manage how much calories you are retaining to make sure you are not over doing it. Yes losing weight is good but it is not good if you are risking other aspect of your health to do so kind of like defeating the purpose. Also if you can find a nutritionist you should get them to help you to create  plan so you can stay in top shape as you lose weight as well.

Another think that you should take into serious thought is this, if you eat a burger at you favorite fast food place that is way more calories that you would be adding then if you at a vegetable of a fruit. What that means is that you can actually it more if you eat foods with less calories in the and gain less weight from doing so. Again it is all based around just how much of something is in each food that you decide to eat. To be a little bit more specific with your calorie scale you should make a goal for each day not to go over a certain number of calories. At the end of the week if you accomplished all of your goals for the entire week then you should treat yourself to a snack but don't mess up your efforts by eating to many calories from the snack.

Fresh fruits doesn't have that much fat in them so you can eat them without having to worry so much bout putting on a lot of fat. Fruits are very low in calories and have a very good fiber and water in them which are both good in the process of losing pounds.    Did you know you can actually eat and use that as a helper in your quest to find that much unwanted weight off.  It is all about what is in the food and how the food interact with your body that really matters when you are eating food. That is why there are so many diets are there and programs that are monitoring how many calories you are taking in on a daily basis. In order for you to lose weight and not starve yourself to death then you must know what to eat in order for to keep healthy while losing your weight. So in this post I'm going to go over what you should look in foods before you think about eating them.

When looking for the best foods to eat while trying to lose weight you should surely stay away from any junk foods obviously. That would probably fit on the worst foods to eat while trying to lose weight. Also watch the calories that these foods you are eating because you are trying to shed them and eating foods with a lot of calories will hurt your weight losing exercises. Which means not only will you be strapped on energy you will also continue to add calories which will stop or limit the progression of your weight lost. Try to set up a calories intake scale and stick to it no matter how tempted you might be to otherwise. Set up something not to hard then as you progress and get use to it decrease the daily calories you in take even more.

Another good thing is good that food that have fiber in them. You my ask well what exactly do fiber do for my body and how does it relates to me losing weight? Well fiber helps you to stay full longer and reduces the feeling of you being hungry so you are not tempted to eat more then you should when you're trying to lose weight.  Fiber will also help you to lower your cholesterol to and can help to prevent you from getting cancer. Eating foods that have fiber in them will do a lot of good for you.

To end this post I won't to give you some motivation. Just like anything else that is worth during in life you must really have motivation and dedication to really push yourself when you don't really feel like doing this. Another thing you need to remember is to have persistence this means no matter what happens you will continue to goal for your goal. As time goes on you will start to see results that only means that you need to keep on working maybe even harder. Then after you do obtain your goal of weight lost continue to implement your plan and make in your new way of life.
